CWTロゴスキー電流プローブは、300mAから数百kAの範囲で0.1 Hz未満から50 MHzを超える AC電流の測定に適しています。 最大10kVピークまでの絶縁耐圧で数タイプのモデルが利用可能です。 TO-220パッケージ測定（CWTUM）の場合、コイルサイズは断面積1.7mmまで、SICパワー半導体測定（CWTMini50HF）等では最大50MHzの周波数まで対応しています。
